Animal Happiness is an animal welfare consultancy run by Dr Natasha Lee. She is a veterinarian from Malaysia with over 13 years of experience in animal welfare. Dr Lee also holds an MSc in International Animal Welfare, Ethics and Law from the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Animal Welfare).

She has experience ranging from project management, shelter medicine, veterinary education, and farm animal assessment. She has managed large welfare projects across Asia, which includes strategy development, advocacy, and technical training. She has also led a campaign to include animal welfare science into veterinary curricula across Asia by providing training to more than 125 vet schools, starting a network of animal welfare educators, and conducting online courses. She co-authored for WSAVA’s Animal Welfare Guidelines for veterinary practices, textbook on Field Manual for Small Animal Medicine and various other scientific publications. She currently runs an animal welfare consultancy, Animal Happiness, which works with other organisations to carry out trainings, education, audits, and project management.
